Disciplinary Measures Committee

The Disciplinary Committee is an internal body of the Department that acts on behalf of the Body. It is appointed Department Council. It performs investigative functions and, in accordance with the adversarial process, proposes to the competent Body the sanction applicable to the student/student.

The Coordinator of the Disciplinary Commissione, appointed by the Department Director, has a key role in the management of disciplinary proceedings involving students enrolled at the University in the medical field.
He chairs and coordinates the Disciplinary Commission, convening it when necessary.
Supervises the stages of the proceedings, which include the formal contestation of the facts to the student, the collection of documentation and deductions useful for the evaluation of the case, and the drafting of the minutes.
The Coordinator protects the rights of the Student, ensuring that the same is informed of the proceedings and has the opportunity to defend himself/herself, including through a hearing or written statement.
He/she relates with the Director and the Department Council. Semi-annually produces a report to the Director on the activities carried out.
