What we do
Main lines of research: Intersubjectivity studies in typical and atypical development (Still Face Paradigm and other dyadic interactions to observe behaviors such as: imitation, joint attention, preverbal and linguistic communication; Lausanne Triadic Play paradigm for observing secondary intersubjectivity through Mother-Father and Child triadic interaction); attachment and jealousy studies (Strange Situation Procedure paradigm; individual administration of semistructured-Adult Attachment Interview, questionnaires and standardized tests); studies on Language and Learning Disorders (interviews, individual administration of questionnaires and standardized tests)
Techniques in Use: Child behavior observation (direct and through audiovisual recordings); Interviews, Tests and Questionnaires.
Main equipment provided: one-way mirror separating the two lab rooms; mobile cameras and various objects to elicit behaviors for observation.
