Parma, May 11, 2026 - Giovanni Roti, professor of Hematology at the University of Parma and Director of Hematology and Bone Marrow Transplant Center of the Azienda Ospedaliero-Universitaria, was featured on Sunday, May 10, in a service in the Tg1 Medicine column, on the day of the Azalea della Ricerca of AIRC Foundation for Cancer Research.
For the occasion, the Tg1 editorial office in fact dedicated a space to the campaign, and in agreement with AIRC Foundation chose as in-depth content the project on acute leukemias coordinated by Prof. Roti, carried out with the support of AIRC Foundation.
The office focused on the research work of prof. Roti and his group on T-type lymphoblastic leukemias, characterized by an innovative approach and aimed at identifying new targets for the development of new drugs, toward increasingly personalized medicine for the treatment of these severe forms of leukemia.
