Parma, April 23, 2026 - The ERS 2025 special call for applications has been reopened for the allocation of housing at the Residence hall "MAS1 - Mix House" on Via Taro, intended for female students and students away from the hub, as part of policies for the right to education and access to housing.
The applicationscan be submitted until May 14, 2026 exclusively in digital mode, through the platform of ACER - Azienda Casa Emilia-Romagna Parma, accessible through SPID (Sistema Pubblico di Identità Digitale) credentials.
The reopening of the call is aimed at enhancing housing opportunities dedicated to the non-resident student population, favoring sustainable conditions of access to housing and promoting, at the same time, a community model based on solidarity and inclusion.
Access to housing is subject to the possession of an ISEE between 9.360 euros and 40,000 euros and an ISPE not exceeding 62,000 euros, both valid at the time of application.
The MAS1 Residence provides, for the student component, dedicated housing solutions and inclusion in a context of intergenerational solidarity living. Assigned students are required to participate in volunteer activities for three hours per week, for a period of ten months per year, aimed at supporting daily living and promoting social relations within the residence hall.
