What we do
Main Lines of Research
The laboratory's activities focus on developing operational skills in scientific communication and critical analysis of biomedical literature.
Main lines include:
- Applied scientific writing
- Evidence synthesis and EBM methodology
- Publication ethics and open science
- Exploratory analysis of biomedical data
- Responsible use of digital tools and generative AI
Overall goal: to train students capable of actively contributing to scientific production in a collaborative and multidisciplinary environment, in compliance with international standards.
Main methodologies applied
- Advanced bibliographic search on international databases
- Structured literature review (introductory level)
- Manuscript editing according to international guidelines
- Data handling and essential visualization
- Controlled use of generative AI for editorial support
Activities are exclusively non-experimental and without biohazards.

- Access to editorial resources and scientific databases
- Software for bibliographic management (Zotero or equivalent)
- Suite for writing and data visualization
- Secure connection to the University network
