Holding the test

Thirty (30) minutes before the start of the test, the Classroom Committee will give out to the applicants an information sheet on how to fill out the answer form.

Each applicant will receive an envelope, containing the test questions, a personal information form and an answer form. In addition, participants will be given a pen provided by the University for filling out the answer form.

Applicants should mark their chosen answer by placing an X mark in the corresponding box (drawing it in the answer square). It is allowed to change once and only once the answer, if any, already given to a question, by completely blacking out the box previously marked with an X sign and choosing another one. Please note, there must be an X mark in only one of the five boxes for the corresponding score to be awarded.

At the end of the test, each applicant should go to the designated space, equipped with the appropriate pen, where he/she will find a box for inserting the personal information form (on one side of the ballot box there's its facsimile), and a several pairs of barcode stickers. Each applicant will have to choose a pair of identical sticky labels.

Applicant should apply one sticky label on the answer form and one on the personal information form. He/she should check that the label codes of the chosen pair are the same on the answer form and on the personal information form. Then he/she will insert the personal information form into the aforesaid ballot box.

After this step, the applicant should go to the committee's station where he/she will insert the answer form into the ballot box provided there, being sure that the side of the form showing the given answers, is face down.

The applicant's erroneous insertion of the answer form into the personal information forms ballot box will result in the impossibility of its subsequent correction, resulting in the candidate's final exclusion from the ranking list.

Any applicant's test will be nullified in the event of:

  1. holding of the test in a classroom other than the one in whose classroom lists the candidate is enrolled, unless the change has been authorized by the Examination Board and so noted in the official record;
  2. introduction as well as use by the applicant of mobile phones, PDAs, smartphones, smartwatch tablets, earphones, webcams or other similar devices, as well as manuals, textbooks, handwritten notes and reference supplies;
  3. signature or markings of the applicant or a member of the Board on the answer form (both front and back);
  4. interaction between applicants and/or attempts to copy and/or exchange any materials, in the possession of the applicants, including personal information form and/or answer forms.
  5. use by applicants of pens, pencils or any other suitable writing tool in order to make changes, additions and/or corrections to the answer form during the operations of inserting the personal information form and/or the answer form inside the ballot boxes used for those purposes.

The nullification of the test is decided by the Board. In all the above cases, the nullified test will not be evaluated.
